My research interests include story-telling and the para-fictional impulse between truth and lies…the archive, memory and history as ‘sites’ where gaps can provide imaginative opportunity and ethical pitfall… what does our interest in a particular story from the past reveal about the present?

How to make art directly with the land? How to make time-specific works that aim to be maximum ‘real’ despite the impossibility of every being so.

I analyse my work through a jungian lens - exploring the shadow, symbolism, dreams, synchronicity and the unconscious as an approach to self-reflection.
